What is ThinQr?

ThinQr is the business operating system built for hospitality founders. Staff training, Google reviews, customer satisfaction, business profile management, reputation. The operational foundation your team actually needs to run.

Is ThinQr built for my kind of business?

As long as you have a physical business where you care about service quality and need to train staff to maintain it, care about customer satisfaction, want to grow your business profile, and need to outsource Google reviews and business reputation management, we handle all that. How long is the trial?

14 days. Full access to every feature in the tier you pick at signup, no credit card required. We remind you 3 days before it ends, then again 1 day before. You pick a plan when you're ready.

What's included in the 14-day trial?

You get access to the Growth Engine, training generation, document generation, ThinQr AI, and your full team seats based on the tier you pick. No credit card required. If you don't upgrade, your data is preserved in read-only mode.

What happens at the end of the trial if I haven't picked a plan?

Your account moves to "preview mode". Your team can still log in and view their training, documents, and Business Map (read-only), but quizzes, AI guide answers, and document generation pause until you reactivate. Nothing is deleted. Nothing is hidden. You can reactivate any time and everything resumes where you left it.

What if my payment fails after I pick a plan?

Same thing. Preview mode, with email instructions on how to update your card. Stripe automatically retries the charge for 7 days. If we still can't collect, your subscription is canceled but your data stays preserved and you can reactivate any time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. From the dashboard go to Billing then Cancel subscription. No "are you sure" screens. No retention dark patterns. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How is my business data protected?

EU-hosted Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security on every table. All connections are encrypted (TLS). GDPR-compliant exports built in. We never share or sell your business data. Your engines, training content, and team records belong to you. We are based in Amsterdam and bound by Dutch law.

What are the Growth Engine and Fulfillment Engine?

The Growth Engine maps how demand enters your business: customer discovery, engagement, commitment, conversion, and nurture. The Fulfillment Engine maps how you deliver value after money changes hands: onboarding, delivery, retention, and referral. Together they give you a complete visual map of how your business actually runs. You can assign team members to specific stations and track who owns each part of the process.

How do I add my team?

From the dashboard go to Team then Invite. Each teammate gets a magic link, no password setup needed, and they land directly in their employee portal. They never see admin tools they should not see. Your team size is flexible. Add or remove seats anytime. If you exceed your current tier's seat limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier.

What languages do you support?

English at launch. Dutch follows shortly after as a full-product translation, not just marketing.
